Return Details

1. How do I make a return?

Easy, just e-mail us at service@anicekiss.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and return address to ship your set back. 

All returned items will be inspected to see if you are qualified for a refund. 

All items must be returned in its original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.  Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as  we can know the tracking details.


2. What is the maximum days of return ?

We will provide a refund for unopened hair within 30 days of the date that you receive your hair.

3.Do I have to pay for the return shipping cost?

Yes, you are responsible for most return shipping costs except quality issues or wrong items. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Anicekiss Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. 

Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.


4.May I return my all hair without contact you?

No. You must contact us prior to send your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for returned merchandise without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.


5. When will I receive my refund ?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. 

All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to process your refund prior to contact us.

Exchange Details

7.Can I exchange my order?

Yes. We are happy to accept exchange within 30 days after signature due to unexpected problems, such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will deal with these problems once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.


8.What is the exchange period?

We will provide an exchange for your order within 30 days after signature,  as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

9. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?

If you want to exchange an item without any quality problem for exchange within 7 days after signature, please send an email with your order number details: service@anicekiss.com
we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.
If the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. Please send us an email with your order number details, also the hair pictures as an evidence.We will deal with these problems once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.


10.May I exchange my Anicekiss hair without contacting you?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, we need to confirm the delivery company, order value and tracking number from you.

11.When will I receive my exchange?

We will arrange the new order delivery after we have received, and confirmed that the returned hair products can be also used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. Please use the USPS/Postal Office international delivery company, and do as we suggest. Usually orders take 7-20 business days to be delivered with standard shipping.
