1. Is there any custom duties?

Custom duties depends on your country custom we usually put low value on the invoice to avoid the potential tax.You can also tell us the value you want to declare when you place order.

2. Can I color my Anicekiss hair ?

 Yes, all hair collections can be colored. However, we strongly advise that you seek a professional hairstylist to obtain optimal results and prevent over-processing.

3. What if my order delivery is delayed?

  We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances.While, shipping delays may occur due to irresistible factors.Please keep in mind holidays are not counted as a business day and should be considered when you place the order.

4. How to wash Virgin Hair Wigs?

If you wear your wig every day,wash it once a week. Otherwise, wash it every eight toten uses.

How to wash:

    1. Comb the hair until there is no tangles. Turn the inside cap outside.

    2. Put the wig into 35-40 degrees water, add shampoo into the water.

    3. Gently press over hair for 10-15 minutes until it is clean. Don't rub with hands.

    4. Rinse shampoo thoroughly and apply conditioner into water.

    5. Leave hair wig in conditioner for 10-15 minutes.

    6. Rinse conditioner thoroughly and use a towel to absorb the water.

    7. Turn the wig inside cap back, For straight wig, choose one wide-toothed comb.

    8. For wavy wig, hold the cap by hand, shake it 5-6 times, using fingers gently.

    9. Put the wig onto a wig standing and let it air dry.

    10. Don’t put the hair under the blazing sun for longtime.  

    Note: Never use product that contain sulphur.

5. Will this hair hold curls well?

Yes, our hair can hold curls beautifully.

Here are some tips:

    1)   Find correct temperature.We suggest raise the temperature little by little to test it out.

    2)   Time control is very important.We suggest let the wand/curl sits on the hair around 8-10 seconds with proper temperature.

    3)   Apply some hairspray. It keeps the curl pattern durable for whole day.

6. Can I dyed / bleached the hair?

Yes. Our hairs are 100% human virgin hair and all our natural color hair can be dyed or bleached to #27, we do suggest getting a professional opinions by an experienced hair stylist

As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair.We highly recommend letting your hairdresser dye it, rather than do it yourself.

Kindly reminder: The bleaching is done at the customer's own discretion, and we cannot be held accountable if the results do not come out as intended.

For straight hair:

Use a wide-tooth comb for the hair is suggested to comb the ends first, then the body, and comb from the roots to the end lastly.If you comb from the roots to the ends directly, it will cause shedding.

For wavy or curly hair:

The best comb is your fingers when you comb the wavy or curly hair.Also comb the ends first.

8. How do I pay for an order?

9. How long do you take to dispatch an order?

Generally, your package will be shipped within 24 hours after order placed, except Weekends and Holiday. However, for some special customized wigs, it normally takes 2-3 working days to be processed. We will use express delivery to deliver parcels, which normally takes 3-10 working days to deliver.
